Today is the first Day of the Rest of your life

I have great trouble getting onto this blog site to write. I need to talk with one of my astute nieces to get me "wised up."
Life has been going on here at the farm as you may know. I am still getting used to the idea that cancer is back in my body. I am disappointed to say the least. I thought we had fought the good fight. I guess it was not quite good enough. So...we are going to fight it again!
thank God I have a wonderful supportive husband, family, extended family and friends. I could not do it without all of you. thank you for continued prayers. And thank God that my mother instilled a deep faith in me. How do people survive without it?
I will probably be starting radiation next week for 15 sessions. We are also working on a appt. at Mayo, Haven't heard back from them yet.
Also, we have been winding down the fall activities. Was it a beautiful day to day or what? I know you will think I am totally nuts but I actually walked 2 miles 3 x today. I have been missing some good walks lately. I made up for it! thank God my legs are good!!
So I will just say bye for now and I will try to learn to get on here easier so I can join the young bloggers more often.
the photo is one taken by Hank's camera in our pasture this am, cool huh?

oh judy, i am praying for you. WE are praying for you. i agree--i don't know how people live through tough situations without a healthy dose of faith. how lonely and frightening that must be. i'm so glad you have this incredible strength instilled in you. keep on keeping on! love you so much.
(p.s. for easier blogging, i suggest making your blog a "Favorite," and then just opening the page and clicking in the upper right-hand corner for "new post" whenever you want to blog.)

Hi Judy! I was so happy to see an updated blog from you.

That deer is awfully cool... I'll have to show this to BigCat and let him have a look. I'd love to have one of these in our yard, maybe someday...

Fight you will do, and we will help you do so however possible! You're always in my prayers. Ya know, you're not all that far from me, so if there's ever anything I can help with, please let me know. I still have my Wednesday's free!
